How much does shipping cost?
*Please read the description of the item before ordering. Some items take 1-2 weeks for shipping. If you need an item sooner, please contact us directly.* Just because you order something 2 day or express does not mean that you will have it overnight or 2 day air. This will be the shipping method after the described shipping time. (For example, please allow 1-2 weeks before shipping.) If you have any questions, please call us before you place your order.
We ship using USPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days) within 2 days of your order. Customers have the option to ship two day or overnight for an additional charge calculated at checkout. All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) and orders received after 12 pm EST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders can be expedited if placed Tuesday-Friday prior to 12 pm EST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will shipped the following week. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Please note that we do our best to ship the day of your order; however, this can vary depending on the time of year and the volume of orders received on the same day as your order. We do not guarantee same day shipping.

What are my shipping options?
For your convenience, you have a choice of Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Priority orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Ground shipments should arrive within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for drop-shipped items (See the drop-shipped item's description on our site for estimated delivery timeframes).

How do I know if something's got a surcharge?
You'll know an item carries a surcharge if it is specified in the item information page. Some items are more expensive to ship because they're heavier and/or bulkier than normal items. The drop-shipped items are delivered directly from our manufacturers, so a surcharge is applied to cover the vendor's shipping costs. The surcharges vary from item to item and manufacturer to manufacturer.

FYI: All drop-ship items are sent via Ground shipping. Packages to U.S. Post Office boxes (P.O. boxes) will only be sent via Ground shipping. Unfortunately, we're unable to send certain oversized items and all drop-ship items to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes.
Do you ship outside the US?
At this time we ship packages to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and Europe. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you live somewhere other than the US, Puerto Rico, Canada or the U.K. and would like to place and order, please contact us so that we may quote you and set up shipping to your country.
Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receivers responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 ? 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECUASE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHAGED FOR OUR SHIPPING, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
When someone orders with a special request, we also ship, Next Day Air by UPS, Priced by weight, plus a $30.00 RUSH Fee providing item(s) is in stock.
Please allow us 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Some very large orders will be delivered through special arrangement with a trucking service. Because these are big and bulky shipments, there may be occasions in which the driver requires you provide assistance to move the item from the truck to your residence or business.
