Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy                    

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery date on non-sale items that are unworn with original tags for a full refund minus shipping charges with the following exceptions:
 
We stick by our polices and do our best to describe the item so you can make informed decisions.
 
Please note that if the item is not refundable or exchangeable, it will be noted in the notes or description of the item. Make sure that you know the policy before ordering.

  

Swimwear is not refundable for any reason and will only be exchanged if all the tags are still attached and the security lining has not been removed. Returns will receive on-line credit only. Make sure that you know what you are ordering.

  

Baby Bedding & related accessories are special order from the manufacturer & Final Sales. Because of this the purchasing credit card must be charged at the time the order is placed. If you are needing to cancel this type of order, you have 48 hours to notify us. Othierwise, this is a Final Sale category. We can send fabric swatches prior to ordering if needed.

  

 

All formal/evening wear, maternity wedding dresses, maternity lingerie and undergarments are not returnable and considered Final Sale. Some of the dresses list under casual will note if they are non-refundable.
Sorry no exceptions.

  

  

All sale items only qualify for on-line store credit. Once we receive the item back, we will e-mail you a code that can be used at our on-line boutique.

  

All deeply discounted sale items are FINAL SALE. Their description will indicate if they are returnable.

  

HSTMaternity.com does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. HSTMaternity.com is not responsible for damages which occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. No exceptions.

Returning an item

1.                Log into our site with your username and password. Request Return authorization number under RMA Request. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! We must know who?s sending an item back to properly credit your account.

HSTMATERNITY.COM will not process any orders that are received without a return authorization number.

2.                Write your return authorization number on the packing slip & on the outside of the package. Circle the items you?re returning, and include in the box.

(indicate the RA# given on the outside of the package or it will refused)

3.                Please ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

We'll send you an e-mail when we receive the package. If you're returning a gift, we'll e-mail or phone you with a coupon code for in-store credit.
 

Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card.  Please note that in the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.
 

I returned an item, but I haven't received a credit yet.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, you will see a credit within one billing cycle. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card.

If it?s been over 6 weeks and you still haven?t received a credit, please contact us and we?ll figure out what?s causing the delay. You will receive an e-mail once the credit has been credited to your account.
 

I returned an item, but I didn't receive full credit. Why?

If you purchased from our site using a promotion, coupon or discount, you will only receive a credit for the percentage of the total that you actually paid. For example, if you used a $10 OFF coupon on a purchase that totaled $30, you will only receive a credit for $20.
